Carissa’s expanded its beloved bakery into a full-service restaurant and bar on Pantigo Road in 2019. In collaboration with owner Lori Chemla, Molly designed the James Beard Award-winning kitchen, balancing aesthetics and functionality, and developed the three-meal-a-day program that helped establish the restaurant’s ongoing success, with many of her original recipes still served today as the brand has expanded to a third location.
