Westerly Canteen
Molly is is the founder, chef, and operator of Westerly Canteen, a Hudson Valley-based sort of restaurant housed in a 1971 Airstream.
Molly began Westerly in 2020 in response to a shifting restaurant industry and a desire to cook more closely with the land and its producers.
Westerly brings full-service dining into fields, farms, and other bucolic landscapes across the Hudson Valley. Westerly honors the local landscape, the seasons, and the rich community of growers it is part of through farm dinners, restaurant style pop-ups, events, and private catering.
Westerly Canteen is an ever-evolving project.
